App Platform buildpack updates include PHP security fixes requiring rebuild and deployment

The buildpack no longer supports the dep, Godep, govendor, Glide, or GB dependency managers; Go modules (go.mod) is now the only supported option.

Node.js 25.x reached end-of-life and is deprecated.

PHP 8.5.12, 8.4.27, 8.3.36, 8.2.35, and 8.1.34 include fixes for two security vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619). To use a patched runtime, force rebuild and deploy your app.
